At MacLeran & Vaughan, we are passionate about showing dental practice owners the options they have when selling their practices and letting them be in control of how they want to exit.

Our Founding: MacLeran & Vaughan was founded by Kim Brozovich and was created to support a growing need in the dental industry. With the baby boomer looking to retire and few younger generations wanting to take on 100% ownership of a practice, this has left some dental owners feeling they have few options and either sell below what they think their office is worth or, for some, completely walking away not wanting to deal with the burden of trying to have a successful and profitable transition. Recognizing this trend, MacLeran & Vaughan works with owners and dental industry leaders to provide more options and increase the value of the practice through proven growth strategies.

KIM BROZOVICH

Kim has almost a 25-year history in healthcare. During this time, she has led dental practices to success by creating and supporting the owner in executing growth strategies to increase their productivity and profitability for their businesses. She founded MacLeran & Vaughan in 2022 with the desire to support dentist as they begin looking for a way to sell or transition their practice.

Kim has an advanced experience as a transformational business operations & HR leader, and has focused overseeing people strategy & leadership efforts to achieve aggressive business goals through transformational management strategies. She is well versed in strategic planning & influencing business development throughout robust healthcare organizations. It is her passion to utilize solid financial & business acumen to ensure industry partnerships are maintained while coaching & advising dental leaders.
