Kim has almost a 25-year history in healthcare. During this time, she has led dental practices to success by creating and supporting the owner in executing growth strategies to increase their productivity and profitability for their businesses. She founded MacLeran & Vaughan in 2022 with the desire to support dentist as they begin looking for a way to sell or transition their practice.

Kim has an advanced experience as a transformational business operations & HR leader, and has focused overseeing people strategy & leadership efforts to achieve aggressive business goals through transformational management strategies. She is well versed in strategic planning & influencing business development throughout robust healthcare organizations. It is her passion to utilize solid financial & business acumen to ensure industry partnerships are maintained while coaching & advising dental leaders.
